- Take the photo or retake it — one tap
- “Mark complete” stays locked until the pack is full
Office gate
- Every job with a completeness count — 3/3 or 2/3
- Review the pack; send a slot back for a retake
- Waive a slot when it genuinely does not apply
- Export the pack for the insurer once it passes
